Do you require a deposit?
We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to reserve your date and time.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount on orders within a 35 mile radius of our location in Owings Mills. For deliveries more than 35 miles away there is minimum order of $200.
How far do you travel?
We travel throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Call us to find out if we serve your area.
How much time does it take to decorate?
We can usually decorate any venue within one or two hours, depending on how much decoration is needed.
How far in advance should I order?
Some clients book up to eight months in advance, so as soon as you have a date and location you should make your initial deposit. Sometimes we do have last minute availability.
How far in advance can I cancel my order?
You many cancel your order up to two weeks prior to your event. You will receive store credit only, valid up to one year. If you cancel less than two weeks before your event, we do not provide any store credit. All deposits are non-refundable.
What's your policy on inclement weather?
We do not drive in severe inclement weather. If there is a "Do Not Drive" advisory in your area, we will gladly reschedule with you at our earliest convenience. If you have an outdoor event and there is rain or heavy wind, we will gladly reschedule with you at our earliest convenience.
